Food safety vital to win EU market

Twelve prawn exporters get four-star aquaculture certification

Vietnam is leading prawn providers worldwide in the number of prawn businesses granted four-star Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP) certifications, according to the Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers (VASEP).

Vietnam’s rubber exports rise in volume

Vietnam’s natural rubber exports in the first five months of this year reached a volume of 330,000 tonnes worth 475 million USD, according to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. 

Tuna exports to the US improves

Above 36% of Vietnam caught tuna were exported to the US, making it the biggest consumption market. After declines in recent years, there have been positive signals in tuna exports from Vietnam to the US.
